Kathy’s yoga journey began in 2002. After about 8 years of practice she realized she had to learn more and spread the word about how wonderful yoga is for every body. She received her 200 hour training under Andrea Von Behren at Body Language in the Johnny Kest training method. She began teaching full time after retiring and is grateful to be able to do so. Yoga to Kathy is so much more than just physical self improvement. It is grounding, revitalizing, compassionate and transformative. Yoga is her passion and she is honored to have the opportunity to share it with you in your practice.
