Joycelynn began her yoga journey, as a stay-at-home mom in search of some much needed relaxation and exercise. As her time on her mat grew, she found that and so much more. Through her yoga practice and breath work, she learned how to calm her mind and body, stay in the moment and explore within; and thus the path of self discovery and re-connection emerged. The results were a happier, less reactive, physically, mentally and emotionally stronger person. With a degree in Education and background in teaching fitness, pursuing teacher training was a natural progression. She received her RYT200 in 2006 through YogaFit and has completed additional teacher training with Ethos Center for Yoga, as well as certifications in Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy. Joycelynn’s passion is to help YOU heal YOU. As you come to your mat and and begin to focus on your breath, change will happen. Joycelynn is excited and honored to share in that journey with you!
