Claire completed her RYT200 certification in India, the birthplace of Yoga, in April 2012. As a result of such an authentic experience her teaching style has an organic flavor with focus on deep breathing, mediation and sensory perception. Her intent is to give students tools to channel positive energy in place of negativity and truly step into the present moment with vigor. Her personal practice of yoga started 10 years ago after feeling completely fatigued with gym style fitness, the stresses of keeping up with modern day life and raising 3 children. Yoga rescued her soul and eased her mind of stress whilst she found her body taking on a healthier physique. She loves to share her passion with others inspiring that same healthy mind, body and spirit with students of all ages. She has spent time teaching in schools and working with children and teens, as well as seniors and feels yoga is beneficial for all stages of life.
