Anna found her yoga practice after years of suffering from lower back pain and being diagnosed with arthritis in her lower back and hips at a fairly young age. Years of high impact training, running and playing soccer intensified the pain. Yoga was a Godsend. After the realization of the relief found through yoga in connection with the mind/body; she acknowledged and decided that yoga would become part of her daily routine. She continued her practice and moved forward to share with others by earning her 200 RYT in March, 2015 and continues to take additional trainings and workshops.
In teaching, she hopes to empower students to explore and discover a sense of self-control and ease in their own mind/body connection both on and off their mat.
